The villa is in a quiet part of Sintra (Ribeira de Sintra), on the green western side of the hills. By car it is about 15 minutes to the historic centre and the National Palace, around 15 minutes to the Moorish Castle and Quinta da Regaleira, and about 25 minutes up to Pena Palace. A car is the easiest way to explore, and there is free parking on site.

The villa is well connected from Lisbon. By car it is approximately 40 minutes via the A37 or IC19 motorways. Train connections from Lisbon Rossio to Sintra are also available, with the exact location shared after booking confirmation.

The Luxury Studio starts from €130 per night, ideal for short stays and couples. The Main House is from €510 per night. The full estate (Entire House) starts from €750 per night for exclusive group access. Exact rates and availability can be checked on the booking calendar.

100% refund within 24 hours of booking (cooling-off). 90% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before check-in. 50% refund between 3 and 7 days before. No refund within 3 days of check-in or for no-shows. Refunds go back to the original card via SumUp in 3–7 business days. Approved bookings not paid within 24 hours are released automatically.
